Mark Sembler, a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional, is the driving force behind Sembler Investments Real Estate Partners. SIREP is an integrated development and acquisition multifamily platform in the Southeast. Mark founded SIREP’s development arm, 2nd Wave Development, in 2017 and since then he has been instrumental in the creation of over 1,500 units of multifamily housing in Central Florida and Tennessee. In order to expand Sembler Investments’ multifamily capabilities and market presence, Mark formed SIREP in 2023. Since founding SIREP, Mark has led the acquisition of over 1,000 units in the Southeast.
